Easy Chicken Tandoori

Bold, oven-charred chicken in just 20 minutes. Marinated in rich Hungry Tiger flavor.

  • 10 oz chicken thigh, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lime (zested and halved)
  • Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 jar Hungry Tiger Tikka Masala Sauce
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Slice scallions, zest and halve the lime.
  3. Toss chicken with sauce, marinate 30 min.
  4. Lightly oil a baking sheet, arrange chicken.
  5. Bake 7–10 min, rotating halfway, until charred.
  6. Plate with lime, garnish with zest, scallions, cilantro.
Chicken Tikka Masala with rice

Chicken Tikka Masala with Rice

A comforting classic with tender chicken and rice, simmered in bold, creamy masala sauce.

Ingredients & Instructions

  • 8 oz chopped chicken breast or thigh
  • 1/2 cup rice, 3/4 cup water
  • 1 small onion (use half)
  • 1 green pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 jar Hungry Tiger Tikka Masala Sauce
  • Fresh cilantro, 1 tbsp butter, salt & pepper, cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cook rice: boil, then simmer covered 15–18 min.
  2. Sauté onion and pepper in oil until softened.
  3. Add seasoned chicken, cook through (5–8 min).
  4. Stir in sauce, simmer 1–2 min until thickened.
  5. Stir in cilantro, season to taste.
  6. Finish rice with butter, top with chicken, garnish.
Paneer Tikka Masala with rice

  • 1/2 cup rice, 3/4 cup water
  • 1 small onion (use half)
  • 1 green pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 jar Hungry Tiger Tikka Masala Sauce
  • Fresh cilantro, 1 tbsp butter, salt & pepper, cooking oil

Instructions
